Nomad offers 1-on-1 test prep for students at all skill levels. With nearly 20 years of experience teaching the SAT and ACT for both major test-prep companies and as a private tutor, Dr. Steed knows exactly what you need to maximize your score.

We’ll work with actual, recent test questions, learn how to recognize the patterns that repeat on every exam, reduce the time you need to answer every question correctly, and develop the confidence that is key to scoring your best.

Start your test prep about 3 months before you intend to take the exam. I recommend at least 2-3 hours per week of tutoring, supplemented by extensive practice of the techniques.

As a Nomad test-prep client, those with American mailing addresses will receive hard copies of the most useful preparation materials I’ve found.* Tutoring is conducted via video-conferencing and interactive virtual whiteboards, with a focus on practicing in the exact way you’ll work on the test itself.
